New Patients at Greenwood Dental Surgery

We welcome you to our friendly Greenwood Dental Surgery clinic. If you’re web-savvy, you can complete your new patient paperwork online—before your visit. But if you prefer paper and pen, please fill out the forms here in our office. If you choose to complete the forms here, please arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment.

Also, please remember to bring your private health insurance card with you to the appointment and a list of any medications (including vitamins) you’re currently taking.

The First Visit: Your Check-up and Clean

Our team will greet you with a smile when you arrive. They will also ask you for your private health insurance card to verify the percentage your health fund will cover to give you a quote before you begin your appointment.

We don’t like surprises, so we'll let you know immediately how much your visit will cost out of pocket.

If you bring your children, they can enjoy our large play area while waiting for their turn to see the dentist.

Your dentist will bring you to their office to discuss any issues. Then, they’ll conduct a thorough check-up, including X-rays. They’ll explain any problem areas they find and then proceed with cleaning your teeth, including a fluoride treatment.

Once that’s done, we’ll bring you back to the front desk, where our receptionist will get you booked for any follow-up treatments or your next regular check-up.

Paying for Care

Our new patient special is only $190 (no gap), which includes a check-up, X-rays, cleaning and fluoride treatment. We are a preferred provider with several health funds, and we accept the Child Dental Benefits Schedule and the Western Australia Dental Health Care Scheme for adults, which can cover up to 75% of approved dental services for qualifying patients.

For patients interested in dental implants, we offer a free consultation.
